Summary

When a minor adventure up the spire of Salisbury Cathedral makes Günter Glass a local celebrity, John Blades - window-cleaner to the stars - comes calling. He wants Günter to join him in London to clean Europe's tallest skyscraper, the newly constructed Shard in London Bridge.

Günter soon finds himself among the bright lights of London but will his innocence put him on a collision course with the frequently baffling modern world?

Nice easy listen

Glass is the story of Günther Glass who one day decides to become a window cleaner. After cleaning the windows of Salisbury Cathedral he sets off to more challenging jobs in Portsmouth and London where he meets all sorts of strange people...
Glass is a nice and easy listen, perfect for holidays, even though it get's a bit weird at times.
