Summary

An emotional, angsty new-adult romance duet from USA Today and WSJ best-selling author Siobhan Davis. More than 10 hours of binge-worthy romance. Each book focuses on a new couple and ends with an HEA.

When Forever Changes: Forever Love, Book 1

Number one new-adult and college romance best seller and number 21 in the entire store when originally released.

Looking back, I should have seen the signs. Perhaps I did, but I subconsciously chose to ignore them.

From the time I was 10, when I first met Dylan, I knew he was my forever guy.

Dylan was more than just my best friend, my childhood sweetheart, my lover. He was my soul mate. We were carved from the same whole—destined to be together forever.

Until he changed. And I believed I was no longer good enough.

Until he shattered me so completely, it felt like I ceased to exist. And I’d never experienced such heart-crushing pain.

Until he leveled me a second time, and I truly wanted to die. But I had to stay strong because I wasn’t alone in this cruel twist of fate.

I can’t help wondering if I had seen the signs earlier, if I’d pushed him, would it have been enough to save us? Or had fate already decided to alter our forever?

For listeners who enjoy friends-to-lovers, brother’s-best-friend, second-chance, angsty new-adult college romance. Some scenes may be triggering—please listen to the note at the start of the book.

No Feelings Involved: Forever Love, Book 2

Ryan James doesn’t believe in love.

It’s a truth he learned early in life.

He broke his golden rule one time, but Myndi trampled all over his heart, cementing his belief that love is a lie and not worth the effort.

Now he’s returned to his cynical views and promiscuous lifestyle, racking up more notches on his bedpost than he can count.

Until Summer Petersen comes crashing into his world, threatening to knock down his walls with her tempting body and sunny, sweet personality.

Summer is determined to lose her V-card before she starts freshman year of college, and the hot, older guy with the cute dimples, dazzling smile, and rippling biceps is just the man for the job. Ryan doesn’t take much persuading, and he rocks her world, giving her a night to remember.

When they walk away, there’s an agreement it was a onetime thing. Ryan doesn’t do feelings, and Summer doesn’t want to be tied down at 18.

But when she moves into her brother Austin’s apartment, she’s shocked to discover her new roomie is the guy who recently popped her cherry.

Ryan can’t believe he slept with Austin’s baby sister, and if he finds out, he’ll literally kill him. Keeping their hookup a secret is nonnegotiable. Keeping his thoughts and his hands off Summer, less so. Because the longer he’s around her, the more he finds himself catching feelings for the gorgeous brunette.

Summer doesn’t want to care for her older brother’s best friend, but Ryan makes her feel things she’s never felt before, and she’s slowly falling under his spell.

Embarking on an illicit affair behind Austin’s back has train wreck written all over it, but provided they keep their feelings in check, they can end this before he ever finds out.

It’s not like either of them is in love.

Two stories of love 💕 and second chances

Can a girl have two forever loves? The first story gave me all the feels. One girl, two boys and love abundance. It was heartbreaking and exciting. I am a little bit jealous of Gaby lol. The second one, talks about second chances, with a beautiful experience. I loved both and the narration made it all the more enjoyable.

Great emotional story

Gaby and Dylan's story captured my heart, it hooked me from the very first chapter, this story is very emotional and romantic in its own way. I love the characters, the setting and the story, it's a beautiful duet to read. The angst and heartbreaking story was beautifully delivered, Siobhan did a great writing as always, that's why I love one-clicking on her books.

omg

The narration from Sarah Puckett, Wen Ross, Lia Holland and Dash Coleman. Just amazing, brilliant

Gabby, Dylan, and Slater's story are very emotional, and twisted. also full of angst, drama, and twists and turns.
This great boxed set includes two full standalone and interconnected novels. Book one When Forever Changes: Gabby's journey to love is an emotional rollercoaster. Book two No Feelings Involved: This is Ryan's story (Gabby's brother). Ryan has some relationship baggage, and his romantic life is even more complicated when he meets his roommate's little sister.
Amazing.

Heartbreakingly beautiful!

Forever Love is an exceptional boxset and I can’t recommend these stories highly enough. You need to start these emotional, passionate, heartbreakingly beautiful love stories today. This author knows how to write angst, passion, gut-wrenching emotion and love like no other. The narration with each story was just excellent. Sarah Puckett has always been one of my favorite narrators and she gave a fantastic performance.

Beautifully written emotional duet

When Forever Changes – Book 1 of this duet was a beautifully written story. Mostly told in Gabby’s POV –it was captivating from the start and a book that consumed me while listening. It’s full of heartache and devastation but there is also a loving and strong family relationship, and swoon-worthy moments of happiness. This book shattered my heart multiple times along the way but slowly pieced it back together with an incredible HEA for Gabby.

If you are a fan of love triangles, a brother’s best friend, second-chance, an emotional and angsty story, then this will be a must-listen for you.

Narrators – Sarah Puckett was amazing with Gabby and I could feel every emotion and Wen Ross really brought out the MMCs emotions. Both drew me into the story and had me wiping away tears and laughing throughout.

No Feelings Involved – Book 2 gives us Gabby’s brother Ryan James. He falls into a one-night stand with a beautiful girl with a plan to never see each other again. They are both shocked to later discover Summer is Ryan’s roommate and best friend's little sister, whom he has promised to not touch. There was a lot of push and pull as they dance around each other and their feelings. Summer was full of sunshine and was mature, it was easy to think of her as older than 18. The family relationship was amazing again and although not perfect they knew how to communicate with one another and be there. I really adored Gabby and Ryan’s relationship throughout the duet.

Lia Holland and Dash Coleman were easy to listen to and enjoy the journey of Ryan and Summer!

This was my first Siobhan Davis book and I will definitely recommend and read more of her books.

Emotional duet

I love that we finally have both of these incredible stories in one place. This author, frankly, is the queen of heartbreak and I always eat it up and it's no different here. This duet for me is a must read not only because its beautifully written but the author is an instant one click for me. Wonderful even as it broke me.

Fantastic Duet with Wonderful Narration!

When Forever Changes

When Forever Changes was a heart-breaking and emotional listen on so many levels, but I truly enjoyed it beginning to end. I was sucked in from the very beginning with the phenomenal narration of Sarah Puckett who brings forth all the feels through her voice and story telling. This story took me for a wild ride of emotions that definitely had me thinking along the way as it raises a lot of questions about the choices people make in life and specifically if I would have made similar choices to Gabby in this story. The characters in this story face truly world shattering situations with big consequences that altered lives. My heart broke many times while listening to this story but it was fully healed by the end. I think the author did a fantastic job with the story line and Sarah Puckett and Wen Ross totally slayed with the narration. This was an all around definite must listen for me, one that will definitely be staying with me for a while.

No Feelings Involved

No Feelings Involved is a one night stand/ roommates/ brothers best friends age gap romance. Summer and Ryan have one steamy night of fun that was supposed to end there, but things get more complicated when it later turns out that Summer is Ryan's best friend's little sister and she is moving in with them. Though Ryan tried to keep his distance, the chemistry between them is no match for his willpower and eventually they both they give in to their feelings and desires.

I found this story line engaging and it hooked me from the beginning. I really enjoyed the main characters and think they went well together. I think Ryan and Summer balanced each other out well. The audiobook was really well done. Lia Holland and Dash Coleman did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to listen to. I highly enjoyed this duet and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Duet!

If you are looking for a weekend listen with all the feels, look no further. Siobhan Davis's Forever Love will fulfill all the emotions you have, breaking your heart and slowly healing it back. The first book, When Forever Changes is Gabby, Dylan and Slater's story. Not really a love triangle, the book gives us a look at how dreams and love changes. Gabby and Dylan were meant to be together forever. But things change, feelings are hurt and Slater is there to pick up the pieces. But that is not the end. Unexpected twists and turns will have you going through tissues. It's a tough journey to Gabby's happiness, but a ride worth the listen. The second book, No Feelings Involved, is Gabby's brother Ryan and his mission to enjoy one night stands, always keeping women at arm's length. But a one night stand with his best friend Austin's sister changes everything. Age-gap, instant chemistry and a love that is meant to be leave us happy and fulfilled. This is a wonderful duet and I loved it!

Sarah Puckett is Gabby, and she as always gives us all the emotions. Wen Ross is Slater, and he falls into story, loving, patient and perfect. Dash Coleman is Ryan, frustrated, confused and falling for Summer and Lia Holland is a mature young adult, giving us Summer. Every performance is spot on and cast perfectly. They made me feel the stories and I loved them all.

Not sure how my heart will recover

I truly am not sure how my heart will recover after this amazing listen. Slater and Gqbby have an epic love story for the ages. I don’t want to say much but just take this journey and listen and let your heart become all consumed. The highs, the lows, the angst and so many feels. I found myself truly laughing and crying while listening.

The narration was on point and I couldn’t imagine voices any better to bring these characters to life. The depth they give the characters, easy to listen to and the emotion they incorporate. .

Amazing Duet

Title: Forever Love: A Duet
Author: Siobhan Davis
Format: Audio
5/5

Although each book in this duet is a different couple and both can be read as a standalone it's definitely better. Forever Love is an emotional journey to finding love in the most unexpected places. Book 1 rips you up and book 2 does too but not as much as the first book. I always know that Siobhan Davis will weave a great story, an emotional journey with a ton of unexpected bumps along the way. Siobhan Davis always writes strong female main characters with just get stronger with every trial. The guys are alpha but also sweet, protective and sometimes need a kick in the pants to get them to see clearly. Siobhan Davis is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors and I highly recommend this series if you're looking for an unexpected heartbreak, quite a few laughs and over-the-top overprotective brothers that are easy and fun to goad but will always have your back.

Book 1: When Forever Changes
Narrators: Sarah Puckett, Wen Ross
Genre: Romance (anything else will give it away)
POV: Gabby, ??? (I'm not telling)
Steam Level: Steamy at times
5/5

Siobhan Davis is a master of stealing your heartstrings, shredding them to bits and then putting them back together with a few jagged edges that stab you when you least expect it. Dylan and Gabby had a Forever Love, until they didn't. Until everything changes and then changes even more. I expected some of the twists, some of the major plot points but others blindsided me. When Forever Changes is an amazing book, emotional and sweet. Have tissues ready.

Book 2: No Feelings Involved
Narrators: Lia Holland, Dash Coleman
Genre: Romance, One Night Stand, Roommates, Brother's Best Friend, Age Gap, Forbidden, Secret Fling
POV: Summer, Ryan
4/5

What happens when your one night stand to rid yourself of your V card before college turns out to be your brother's best friend who you're now living with? Well, certainly a repeat wouldn't be wise - except neither of you can get the other of your head. Ryan and Summer's story of hookup to roommates to forbidden to more is quite the journey. No Feelings Involved it the second book in the Forever Love series and is about a whole new couple. Ryan is Gabby's brother form the first book and you get a glimpse of what happened between him and his ex but in No Feelings Involves you get the full story. Ryan had got back to his previous ways after his break up until his one night stand with Summer. Ryan is passionate and loves hard, despite not believing in it. Summer is young, outgoing, and free-spirited. Also, Austin's baby sister so explicitly forbidden. I enjoyed the push and pull, how Summer wasn't willing to chase Ryan and was outspoken about her beliefs and opinions. While not as emotional/heart breaking as book 1, No feelings Involved had moments of both tears and laughter. Siobhan Davis knows how to weave a story together that draws you in and wrecks you before putting you back together again, leaving a few jagged edges in her wake that make the lives of their characters more real and vibrant and relatable. I always love her books and this one is great as well.

I received this audiobook for free from Audiobook Obsessions and Pink Flamingo Productions. This is my honest and voluntary review.

All the Feels!

This duet gives you all the feels. You will be hollering at what the main characters are doing. In the end you will understand, but while it is happening and you are mad at the decisions that they are making. Book one shows you that you will do anything for your first love even if its is not what you want. You face the consequences and hope that in the end you will get what you want. In book two, it shows you that your past will shape your future. The decisions you make are all based on what you thought was true and in some things you have no courage. Get ready for all the feels, you will not be disappointed.

Duet - includes books 1 and 2

This is a duet and includes books 1 and 2 in Davis' Forever Love series. I loved these two books. The dual narration for each was perfect. While both can be read / listened to as standalones are great together, especially since there is some character crossover which I adored! I really felt that in each book, while there was the sweet and steamy (wonderfully balanced) there were deeper topics that were addressed by our main characters - deep topics - cancer, death, depression, and more - and I really felt that Davis did a really good job in writing about them. Also, a major shout out to our narrators! I always love when a book has dual narration as I really feel that it brings about depth and realism to the characters and helps me know as a listener whos point of view we're getting. Overall I loved these reads / listens and I really hope that Davis is working on more for this series!

I reveived a free copy of this read at my request and I voluntarily provided this review.

Forever Love

okay book one of this duet broke my heart. i loved the story even though it was somewhat sad. the story was well written the narrator's did an amazing job. its crazy to be in love with someone you've known your whole life but im sure it happens. story like this make me wish for that all consuming love.
okay now book 2 was good too, for someone that didn’t believe in love because of what happen when he was 7 years old and it didn't help that when he did find love for the 1st time the girl broke his heart and blamed him for things that he didn’t even do. but then he meets this girl and fight his Attraction to her in any way possible but it's hard for hime. but that it for now. the narrator's to this book did an amazing job too.
both books are so good you guy will not be disappointed at all. your going to fall head over heels for this duet series. i know i did.

Conflicted

I'm conflicted on this review, but I'm giving five stars because of the first book. I would rate the first book with five stars and the second book with three stars. Book one was one of my favorite books this year, and I've read over three hundred books so far in 2022. I cried for hours and stayed up until 5 am listening. The second book wasn't bad, but it was more predictable. with less angst and depth. I would say this duet was well worth the credit, even though the second book wasn't my favorite.

Wow.

The first book in the duet is a kick in the teeth heartbreaker. It broke my heart into pieces. The story is so well written. As for the performances, it was disappointing that Wen didn’t do all the male voices. However this is one of the better performances by Sarah — she did a great job with the various voices. The second book was a good delve into Ryan’s story, and more lighthearted than the first book — thank goodness. My heart couldn’t take a double break immediately after listening to the first book. The performances of the second book were a disappointment. They were not as talented, but you do get accustomed to both as they settle into the story. Siobhan, I don’t know if you ever read reviews at this point in your writing career, but I hope you do from time to time. I’d like to say your in-depth, skillful storytelling is one of the best I’ve been fortunate enough to read/listen to. Your are such a talent. Thank you!!!
