Forest bathing is Impressive!
Forest bathing is becoming a big buzzword, but how can I actually do it? This book gave me all I needed to know. It has detailed information with soothing narration.

Great book!
Forest bathing exercises can be great fun for adults and children alike and useful in teaching concentration and mindfulness; whilst also providing an excellent opportunity to learn from each other. This forest bathing guide has information to introduce to start off with short periods of forest bathing.

Take in your surroundings using all of your senses
Take in your surroundings using all of your senses. Be observant, look at nature’s small details. Stay as long as you can, start with a comfortable time limit and build up to the recommended two hours for a complete forest bathing experience.

Love this audiobook.

Wonderful resource!

Forest bathing is amazing.
My wife and I started walking and hiking two to three times a week when the weather turned cold in October and wow, what a positive difference we felt in our mood and our general well-being! We both started listening to this book because we wanted to learn more about the benefits of forest bathing and we’re glad we did. It is easy to understand and full of inspiring information about the benefits of trees. We both finished listening to it quickly and decided that we would dedicate ourselves to forest bathing regularly, no matter what the weather. It’s giving us hope that we can heal ourselves and stay healthy for many years to come.

Nature has healing power!
Once you're out in nature, noticing the connections and the ecosystem, it's harder to feel separate from it. I've noticed I've been making little changes that are good for the environment without really thinking about it -- I'm just a little more aware of how my actions affect the world around me. This audiobook gave me perfect information.

Reconnecting to Nature!
