Summary
Harlow Bevans was a changeling mermaid working as a diving consultant for the Earthen Conclave. Then he came along. Charybdis. A serial killer who possessed her body and wrecked her mind. Great shorter story
It was good to see what happened to Harlo after the events of the first 3 books and I loved how fast she connected to Carter. Now to continue with the main series and see where that leads. Be nice if harlo and Carter are in it too.

Fish Out of Water
This is a lovely love story run off from the others, with the changeling helping to find the killer AND fight the supernaturals. Read brilliantly again by Stephanie Einstein.
