About this listen
In Lush Valley, it’s a crime to even talk about dragons...
When Ezaara meets Zaarusha the Dragon Queen, she’s swept up in a blaze of color and they imprint, forming a deep bond.
She must give up her home and family to become the new Queen’s Rider. Ignorant and unprepared, how can she possibly succeed? Luckily, she has a dragon master - although rumors say she might be better off with the enemy.
Plunged into a world of cutthroat politics and traitors in every shadow, who can Ezaara trust as Commander Zens and his army of bestial tharuks march closer, razing villages and enslaving the people of Dragons’ Realm?
What personal price must Ezaara and her Dragon Master pay to save their people?
Fans of Anne McCaffrey’s Dragon Riders of Pern and Christopher Paolini’s The Inheritance Cycle will love Riders of Fire.

Ezaara!
I loved this book! This book is fantastic. I did not want to put it down, very entertaining through the entire book. The world, the dragons, and the riders are very unique. This is a must read! Can't wait to see what happens next.

Ezaara
I enjoyed listening to this story and there is more more to the story still to been told after this book. Its about a girl living where dragons are disliked and it forbidden to even mention them. But Ezaara finds her world turned up side down when the dragon queen bonds with her and she becames her rider. Ezaara has a lot to learn about being queens rider, finding out about her family and things are not rosey as treason is lurking.

Spectacular
This book was phenomenal! I love books about dragons, but many of them seem to run together. This one however was so unique and creative! Unlike any dragon story I’ve listened to so far. The setting was described beautifully and I could see the setting so clearly. The characters are vivid and compelling, offering both personal flaws and areas of growth, but also so much to cheer on. I felt like the story had a distinct direction and never lost focus. The writing was sublime and flowed so nicely. All together a definite win and I look forward to book two.

Dragons and intrigue
I loved the story but felt the narration was a bit too dramatic at times for me.
Great start to the series as Ezaara learns the rules of her new life and finds out about her teacher.
The length of the book was just right and being of a good length makes it a worthwhile buy.
