About this listen
London's burning
A great fire has swept through the heart of the city, destroying everything in its path, the living, the dead, and the undead alike. And yet, protected by the impenetrable walls of the Tower of London, a handful of people have somehow survived. Now, they must strike out if they want to stay alive.
They’re going to have to risk everything to get out of this hellish place, then risk it all again to reach Ledsey Cross, a fabled safe haven hundreds of miles away.
Every step will be fraught with danger. There will be no shortcuts, and no easy options. To stand any chance of a future, the group will have to trek through the harshest of winters, across a land ruled by the undead.
The final book in a standalone trilogy set in the nightmare world of David Moody's international best-selling Autumn novels—the original epic British zombie saga.

A fabulous end to the trilogy
Wow, I absolutely loved this one, finished it all in one go.
i'm certain I wrote more in my orginal review but here we go again, this is a perfect end to the triology, the characters are all amazing, even the two who annoyed me so much in book 2, the zombies themselves are also amazing, everything evolves in this trilogy and it's fascinating to read/listen to. A must have for any Autumn fan, Moody fans in general and a pretty good addition to any zombie fan's library.

Wow! just Wow!
What a cracking finale to this excellent trilogy. The survivors must leave London heading for Ledsey Cross, Will they make it? what will they find if they get there? All questions answered in this brilliant finish to the trilogy. Highly recommended to fans of the genre. Warning... A strong stomach is required! Awesome Aubrey is outstanding in his narration, dozens of character voices and accents all performed in his inimitable style. Well worth 10 stars.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the author and leave this voluntary and honest review.

The end?
I loved this book and characters and finished it in one go, far too fast. The whole series has been amazing, but is it really the end? More please!

Enjoyed
I found this book to be the best in the series. Mr Parsons did a fantastic narration as usual.

Hopefully not the end.
This third installment of the London series sees our core characters dealing with the aftermath of the previous book and forced into seeking a safer refuge. A difficult journey to a potential home sees new opportunities and old threats appear.
I first read the original Autumn back in 2006 and have continued with every addition since that point, which totals about 8 books. That may not seem important, but I have never found a linked series of novels that has held my interest (and patience) beyond about the third part, so the fact that I am still hoping that this is not a definate end must mean something. The finale of the story, while a logical conclusion first hinted at since the trilogy started, still leaves space for more to come. Fingers crossed!
Outstanding work from Mr. Parsons again as narrator.
I also suggest the 'Hater' books if you want an even bleaker apocalypse!
