Summary

Can a shattered heart risk a second chance at love?

Happiness evades my everyday life despite time passing. My heart hasn’t healed. It can’t. Not after all I lost.

When I meet Rowan, I savor the light he brings into my life. His patience, sense of humor, and understanding chase away the shadows of sorrow I carry from my past. It’s easy to fall for him.

But grief still lingers, a constant reminder of how I could drown under the pain of loving and losing someone again.

Opening my heart to Rowan will take more than love. It will take courage. Can I let go of the past and fight for my happily ever after?

This second-chance romance is based on the author’s real life and for fans of More with You; this is the continuation of the emotional story, and the HEA, you’ve been waiting for. This can be listened to as a stand-alone.

Emotional and wonderful

To say that this book took you on an emotional journey is an understatement. Evermore with You by Erin Spencer is simply riveting, It is moves from uplifting to heartbreaking to emotional and beautiful.

Evermore with You is the follow-up to More with You, which is where we first meet Summer. Here, Summer finds her happily ever after with Rowan, but a lot of emotional healing and growth needs to occur for Summer to truly embrace her second chance at an enduring love.

This was a truly emotional audiobook, made all the better by two world-class narrators, Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke. Their performances are raw, passionate and full of emotion and compassion for the characters that they have embodied.

Finally! Summer gets her HEA!! ❤️

Evermore With You is the continuation of More With You by Erin Spencer, although it can be read as a standalone. It gives Summer the HEA that I’ve wanted for her since More With You!

This was such and emotional story but worth it! After More With You, Summer’s heart is shattered and she’s still dealing with grief and the darkness and pain that it brings. Can she heal and finally give love a second chance? I loved the journey we were taken on with this book. Rowan and Summer find happiness, and it was a pleasure to see finally! This book is loosely based on the author’s own real life story.

This was narrated by Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke. And both narrators were perfect in their roles as Summer and Rowan respectively. I felt the emotions that Ava Erickson brought to her reprised role as Summer; the passions, the vulnerabilities, it could all be heard through her voice and narration. Jason Clarke’s performance as Rowan was swoon-worthy and perfect! I definitely enjoyed my listening experience!

Fantastic Listen

Evermore with You by Erin Spencer is a beautifully written book! All the feels with living with grief yet still moving forward in life having hope and finding love. A story that captured my attention and you could feel the love and pain pouring through the words as the author shares her story. This story and characters will forever have a place in my heart. Summer and Rowan were meant to be and their connection was special.

Narrated by Ava Erickson and Jason Clarke .... The Narration was perfect and had me feeling all the things!

Best story!! Emotional and full of love!!

Oh, the emotional tug at my heart. Erin Spencer's second book to her The More With You Duet had my emotions on a roller coaster once again! After book one, I didn't know what to expect. Maybe total happiness! Summer has a lot to overcome though. The following couple of years has not been easy, and there is no getting over the shock and sadness she was feeling, but she knew it was time. Rowan has been around, a great friend, and there just may be something more. He knows what he wants, but is he willing to be patient? This is a touching, beautiful chance at second chances at happiness. It's chock full of emotions and had me tearing up and smiling throughout it. Spencer's writing is raw and real, pulling me in and making me feel. It's a fantastic listen and one that needs to be listened to once you have heard More With You!

Jason Clarke and Ava Erickson pull out all the stops with their narration of this story. Clarke creates Rowan's personality with such love and acceptance that it's impossible not to love him. Not that he doesn't have his own demons, but every facet of his voice fits the situation and makes Rowan real. Erickson knows Summer, and her intimate knowledge pours out into her story. Each emotion is tangible, ripping at my heart and putting it back together. These two made for one of the best listens of the year for me. I can't say enough good things about it!

Raw, beautiful, and captivating

You know, some books you need to reread again to remind you of what happened when you are about to dive into book two. That wasn’t the case with this book. More with You was engraved on my heart, and I was able to dive right in and remember everything…including how I felt.

I sit here having just finished listening to Evermore with You with the biggest smile on my face. It was such a beautiful story about grief, living with it, and carrying on with your life. If you read/ listened to More With You, you will know that book tore at the heart. And this one does too, in a different way. But this one gives us the happy ever after we were craving. Although, there was a moment there when I thought Erin Spencer was seriously trying to destroy my heart. Thankfully, she pulled me through, as I knew she would. Erin’s writing is raw, beautiful, and captivating, and to know it is based of her real life makes it that much more special.

Ava Erickson is back and joined by Jason Clarke. I don’t think I could have picked two better voice actors for this story if I tried. They were both fantastic but Ava steals the show. The way she conveyed the grief the character was feeling, especially the scene in the water, was enough to have me crying in public. But they also brought a smile to my face.

Fabulous

Wow this book was equally emotional as the first. Feeling all the emotions with you on the way. Understanding what you had. What you lost and what you could gain if given the change. Also knowing how difficult taking that first step and the guilt.
This is a beautiful story, not without heartbreak but that is life. This is so incredibly well written and thank you for sharing it with us x

I have laughed, smile, giggle , cried
Hooked from the first word til the last
I wanted to to know what happened but I didn’t want to get to the end of the book

The HEA We all Needed

Nearly a year after having my heart ripped out by the beautiful love story that was part one of this duet, More With You, I still think about this story a lot. I knew it would stay with me and it absolutely has.
Evermore With You picks up after the events of More With You and deals with Summer trying to go on with her life. So much grief and loss is hard to move on from. Rowan enters the picture, this sends Summer on an emotional journey to accept her second chance at love. Erin's beautiful and honest writing made me feel everything that Summer felt. Grief, pain, guilt, hope.

Understanding that this is based on the real life of Erin Spencer adds even more of an impact.
I listened to the audio version of this book and highly recommend consuming it in audio. Narrator Jason Clarke took the swoony and complicated character of Rowan's and made him even better. Of course, Ava Erickson brought Summer's emotional journey to life.
Thank you to Erin for writing this beautiful duet and giving us the HEA Summer deserved.

Emotional!

This the second installment in The More With You Duet, a sequel to the emotional, and unforgettable More With You story. This second chance romance is beautifully written, emotional, and engaging. I liked the friendship in this story. Ava Erickson, and Jason Clarke are perfect as Summer and Rowan. They brilliantly bring this story to life. I HIGHLY recommend it.
