A helpful introduction
Lots of case studies and practical techniques to clearing negative energy strands. The book also includes basic energy protection techniques and space clearing methods. The narration was inoffensive.

I love this author but struggled with the narration
Firstly, I have recently discovered Denise Linn and I think she’s amazing. The first audiobook I had was 10 hours long and I finished it in three days and sent to 5 people. I’m sure the content of this is also wonderful, I have seen energy strands before I had even heard of them so totally believe in them. I really wish that a professional narrator had been used because it makes all the difference. I have exchanged this and will purchase a hard copy.

Comprehensive & Inspiring
This is one of the most comprehensive, yet approachable books I’ve come across about energy. It’s also very positive and uplifting in tone, which is true to Denise’s style. I am a healer myself but I learnt a lot of new things and I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who is just getting into energy work of any kind as it will explain concepts clearly for you.

Interesting but a LOT of infill
Interesting subject matter but a large amount of repetition. What could be said in one paragraph went on for an entire chapter. When one example would have done, a plethora were given. There is no table of contents supplied with the audio book therefore it was hard to skip ahead. I ended up speeding up the narration through the many many examples. It's ok we get it, there are energy attachments - but how do you get rid of them ... (this doesn't come to Chpt 4 btw)
The audio recording is very low quality which made it impossible to listen to with headphones. Over the speakers it was more palatable.
