Enlightening for awakening our truth

This is a great tool for use with the Gaia series by Joe called Rewired in 13 scientifically based lessons of 30 minutes each. For me this material has given me a lightbulb moment.

It’s great but

It’s a great guided meditation I have to say it’s better then any other Joe meditations I’ve tried to listen to before. See I like Joe, he is a great speaker but I can’t listen to him as a meditation guide. Something is just missing for me. In this one though he did better and I can actually listen, though it’s not four meditation let’s be real the first two are sort of exactly the same as the last two just minor changes really. So it’s two meditations nit four. In combination with the book it’s great.

Excellent all day meditation!

In my opinion, this is a wonderful meditation guide to follow as per the instructions given or to have on in the background as you get on with day to day tasks. I have spent the last two weeks with it on in the background for about six hours per day. I feel it is helping me to transform old, negative thinking about my health, to new, energised, beliefs about how I can become the healthiest I have ever been in 60 years! Best Meditation Ever

I’ve had the best most relaxing meditation. I’ve found listening with music or Hemi-sync works best. Love it

Amazing meditation

My mom suggested I listen to this because I was in a down place focusing on negative things and let it consume me. Since listening to this meditation I’ve learnt to stand outside of my thoughts and observe them than wallow in them and become more anxious about how life is going. I’m grateful for this audiobook and will continue using it for the rest of my life :) it’s changed my outlook on life drastically. Thank you JOE DISPENZA!!!
