Self care is really important you'll like this

There's great wisdom in this if you take care of yourself first. Plenty of information assisting women in mastering their emotions. Unlike other audibles, you'll hear a wonderful low level smooth music within the narrator bringing more relaxation to calm and soothe your mind. If you want great points, a more resilient you while expanding your mental health this has been an interesting book. I like the unleashing the power of the pen, when you find out what works for you and realizing there's no wrong answers. This audio would work for many people to gain valuable reflections to your behavior and understanding ourselves better.

Uplifting!

This audiobook is much needed in our community. The injustices we face make it easy to feel down and times can be hard...Listening to this audiobook made me feel better about myself and also like someone else understood how some days can be a struggle. I especially like the part that dealt with the trauma we carry with us from racial injustice and abuse. A very good guide to feel better and more confident!
