Very good advice
Covers every topic especially regarding dealing with your mental health. He talks honestly about his own experiences and how he overcame his difficulties and offers techniques and advice on how you can overcome yours. The fact he narrates his own book adds to the realism and makes the advice hit home.

An Inspirational read
I bought this book with no preconceived ideas, it has made me think of a number of different areas of my life that I probably have not been honest about until hearing it in the frank way Jason tells it

Outstanding practical advice for everyday life
Don't know where to start with how helpful I'm finding this book. I love the concept of there being 52 tactics to help support you which you can be read or used in any order. I find if I'm feeling I need some motivation or help I can just listen to any chapter and it only takes 10/15 minutes. The advice is super practical and you can tell the author has serious levels of insight and lived experience in dealing with mental wellbeing. The balance between empathy and practicality is just right and I highly recommend if you are looking for support, motivation or to improve your coping strategies. I'm a parent carer whose life is often chaotic so this book has been hugely helpful for me.

Nuts and bolts advice and
Great book - down to earth and smart. Listening to Jason was like sitting down for a pint with “that”mate who’s advice you seek when things aren’t quite as you’d hoped. I’ve bought the hard copy and it’s going to be that resource I’ll tap into from time to time when a reset is required . Well done Jason and thank you

Lots of tips from a decent fella
Great combination of advice that suited me as a worker and adventurer (not at the same time). I wrote a few of the key takeaways in my notepad. Ironically listened to this while travelling to and backpacking around Rassay where Who dares wins SAS is filmed! nice one Jason take care..
