Practical Solutions
Great book for dealing with your ex and the struggles of co-parenting. It was good to get additional insights into a narcissistic personality and how to specifically reduce conflict and set boundaries they can't wiggle around. New for me was the Grey Rock method, and I've seen how well it works in deflating vs escalating drama. I appreciated the chapters that helped me set up a happy, stable home and how to make my children feel valued, heard, and respected by reinforcing open dialogue with commitment. Well Done!

In this beautifully produced audiobook, Claire Brown gives us tons of practical strategies and steps to co-parent children with a narcissist in a way that protects their wellbeing (and yours!).
What sets this book apart is its holistic and comprehensive approach - it covers techniques such as the Greyrocking Method and how to set and establish boundaries with the narcissist in the interest of self protection.
When you're dealing with a narcissist, it's easy to feel drained, exhausted, have feelings of low self worth, and potentially even wander into suicide ideation. Your children don't have to walk down this path! This book is a necessary guide to protect both yourself and them!

A must listen for difficult co-parenting
