Fascinating and motivation
whatever Hugh was narrating it would be a pleasure to listen to but this was so interesting and motivating. I am gradually applying his suggestions and within days started to feel better. I wish everyone could adopt this way of living or parts of it as it would have a massive positive effect on the stresses, preasures and strains people currently live with unaware that there is a better way to be.

Amazing
I firstly got audible book and started listening his 7 ways of loosing weight. It changed my life. I bought his book as well for recipes and started to try out. Some of them delicious and inspired me. I’m changing the way I’m eating and I feel much better about myself. Thank you!

Over the last 18months I have changed a lot of things in my life and as a result I am fitter, slimmer and generally healthier. I have been trying to work out which changes made the most positive impact on me.
Here they are, beautifully layed out by Hugh, believe me, it works and now I have a better understanding why.
Hugh's voice sounds like that of an old friend, I am so pleased that he read it himself. Loved it.
