Summary
He must never realize who I am.

really enjoyed
after seeing some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical but overall I did enjoy this box set.
Some complain that it's a bit monotone but whilst I can see their point of view it hasn't ruined the book for me. There were parts I wished they would have emoted more in terms of the emotions, but overall it wasn't that bad.
The story over all was good and enjoyable and certainly takes you on a journey. The places visited and the way they are described are awesome and having never seen some of these places I can picture them very clearly. I also enjoy the fact that the author has researched and visited these places as well as the mythology.
I wish there was some bits fleshed out a bit more, like did the 2 main characters actually complete the mate bond, and part of me wished that had played a bigger part in the ending as in most books the mate bond helps especially in the Fae realms. (I read alot of shifter and Fae novels so I was hoping for just a bit more to the whole mate bond part)
Some parts got a bit annoying as there is a lot of self doubt from the main FC in this, she overcomes most of it but sometimes listening to it all can become a little tedious, but I think I noticed it more because I have listened as a box set rather than individual books.
If your looking for action, adventure with a strong male and female lead then this is for you. secrets are uncovered, places are explored, a love does develop from 2 ppl that start off not liking each other much. It certainly adds to the opposites attract troupe.

Awful lector
The monotone and the horrible accents just put me off. A terrible performance. I can’t truly review the story because I couldn’t listen to the lector anymore.
