I love this book. I listen over and over and new things are revealed. I feel nourished by the exercises. I am yet to take full advantage and do the accountability partner exercises, however it will happen, I have a partner. All in its time. I have learned so much about myself and feel more able to express my true self. I am encouraged to be brave and also discerning. The book is beautifully, impeccably performed by Allan Robertson.

Book is just amazing, It is totally exiting seduction strategies (yes they work and may bring fast results but in the long run nothing long term healthy at all). Book is a support to open up to feel uncomfortable parts of ourselfs and as a self recovered suicidal depression girl I Know That Is The Key to extremly fullfiling life and becoming that calm peaceful magnet for good things. I will never regret going through what I have been to gain THIS LIFE TODAY

I thoroughly enjoyed the content however the exercise workbook doesn't come with the audio so it extremely difficult to complete the many exercises. Stopping and re-starting the audio to catch the questions means it would take longer to complete than just reading the actual book so I'm returning this one and buying the paperback instead. The narration was ok although I think the author himself should have narrated as he has a very rich voice.
