Amazing Audio Book
I got this book as it wouldn't be the first time I have burned out in my job. What's great about the book is that it easily identifies the signs of burn out.. If you are feeling burned out then go to chapter four as this will teach you how to begin with small changes and also lists out in a step by step fashion. I like how the book used a member of the UK royal family to show that burn out can happen to anyone. Prayers, Yoga and meditation are mentioned as good techniques to get over burnout so pay attention to this chapter.. I really liked chapter seven as it gives a good insight into how to have a good work life balance. A chapter is also present which explains how burnout affects not only your mental health but your physical well being. If your in the corporate world then you will find this book useful

Timeless wisdom
We live in an age where busyness is a virtue and sometimes we push that to the extremes to the point of being burned out. This book gave me some checks to know when I am burned out or when I am on the verge of it so that I can course correct. It equipped me with some tips to take care of my body and my relationships and I am very grateful for that.

Essential For Any Working Adult
I have experienced multiple stages of burnout in my jobs over the years and I just gritted through it and even at times changed my job because of it. I loved the strategies provided in this book to actually overcome burnout in your current workplace, plus the real-world examples the author provides of known people experiencing burnout and their solutions to it. Essential for all working adults.

Great book
We all suffer from burnout at some point in our lives. This book gives some great strategies to avoid letting this take over and focus on avoiding mistakes that lead to burnout. This book has really helped me to focus on my strengths and my passions and block out any noise or distractions that are no good for me.

Motivational!
This book hit home! I have been struggling with this for years, and it really gave me a fresh perspective on work. I love the section on how work stress affects your out-of-work life and our relationships. I also found the stories on how celebrities recovered from burnout inspirational. Overall a great listen to keep your job and feel motivated and inspired again.

Great book
We all have some self-combustion, especially if the work is exhausting and continuously. This book shows you how to avoid this self-combustion and focus on certain points so as to make all tasks easy and avoid making mistakes that a lot of people fall into when exposed to permanent pressure in the job. This book makes you rediscover your real passion and pay attention to what you are doing and focus without letting any outside factores disturb you. It is very easy that you burnout if you consistantly do the work without taking regular healthy breaks, so get rid of excessive idealism and admit that you are burnt out and need a real break.
