Kids and Parents Will Both Enjoy

This is a good audiobook to listen to for both children and parents. It fits nicely for middle and high schoolers, especially for kids who are still trying to find themselves, not necessarily just for sports. There's good advice in the book and good examples that can be applied to real world scenarios for teenage athletes and parents to learn from as well. Good and encouraging book!

This is a great read for anyone who has kids in sports. Regardless of their level of play or competition. Written and narrated by Valerie Alston, you are able to tell her passion through this listen. As a college ball player and now professional who specializes in sports psychology and getting into the meat of the sports minded mind! The last section is read as a Q&A session and almost feels like you are sitting live with her answering your question. A good read!
