Brilliant book
I really like the in depth study done to provide the information about various topics covered in this book. I would recommend this to any parent of girls.

Don't bother with it if you are not Christian.
This book if for Christian. The bible has some great lessons, but you don't need to believe in Jesus to understand them. You need to be a believer to implement this mans message. Shame, I took a few things from it.

Should be called: ‘Bringing up Girls in the 1950s’
Didn’t find it helpful. The author has a very conservative world view, if you think girls should ‘save themselves for their future husbands’ then this book may be of help to you. I was hoping for some practical advice, but found the book to be written for a world that is completely alien to
