Just the ticket

I've been going through a lot of upheaval dealing with a terrible circumstance and I really needed to get away from the crushing anxiety and stress I was experiencing. This audiobook proved to be the perfect solution and solace for me. The breathing exercises and calming tones not only soothed and relaxed me, but they also left me feeling lighter and more energised.

Nice breathing audiobook with background history

I liked how this book had a nice history of breathwork and the "why" behind it. Most breathing audiobooks don't seem to have this and this one did. The breathwork section comprises about half of the audiobook. The narrator's voice is very soothing and relaxing. I enjoyed this.

Relaxing made easy

Stress is unavoidable for me, and it's often not easy to deal with. But this book gave me an incredible tool that I already had, but didn't know how to use in deep breathing. I have already seen incredible benefits in my own life, and I'm going to continue with this simple method for the rest of my life.

Don't underestimate the Power of Breathing!

Very easy to follow and very effective

Having never done breathing exercises before, I saw this audible and wanted to give it a try as I have seen countless studies and documentaries about how good practiced breathing can be for every area of your life. And wow, this audiobook really does come with a great deal of wellness attached to it. The breathing exercises are super simple to follow but they have differing impacts on how you feel after. Some really chill you out and relax your nervous system and some give you more focus and energy for the day ahead. The author really knows there stuff and this short audio was really worth it.

Amazing meditative practice

It's amazing the level of calmness one can achieve just through breathing. The exercises in this book are great, I personally do this in the evening before bed to help me fall asleep. Would definitely recommend and will be using this audiobook a lot!
