Wow this was great

I loved how confident the narrator sounds and the way it addressed the topict that ive been trying to work on was amazing, all of the words struck a feeling in me almost like when someone finishes your scentence as you are talking.

Informative and practical

The book has a friendly tone. The book offers practical advice and strategies, including meditation. It teaches you how to deal with other people and generate genuine connections and helps you prevent anxiety and having a disorganized life. i really recommend it.. The narrator did a great job as well.

Never look at relationships the same

Solving my issues!

I came from a large family but I am a loner and through this book, I can identify why I am that way and how I can change and help my brothers/sisters so we can connect and appreciate each other more. It talks about communication skills to develop, better listening, setting boundaries and be real and explore my own feelings and have self assurance, self love. I am happy to came across this book.

Perfect guide to understanding attachment styles!

This audiobook has proved super helpful for understanding my partner's and my own attachment issues. I had no idea this subject could be so complex, and I am grateful to Joyce for writing this book and providing a sound understanding of managing attachment problems. It is clear that she has a deep understanding of the subject from the content. I heavily related to Chapter 3, about anxious attachment love, as this is what my partner struggles with, and I understood her, strengthening the connection between us.

For my own personal attachment issues, I resonated with the sections that explained being distant and withdrawn, as this explains me perfectly, and with the techniques this book contains, I know I can heal and improve my relationship. I also found the self-assessment questionnaire very helpful, and this provided me with the chance to reflect on my attachment style. Another bonus is the 50 affirmations, which have powerful effects if listened to repeatedly and taken in. The book finishes well, with a guide on how to experience secure love, and I have truly gained the benefits from my listening!

Excellent!

Wow, this is a very well done audiobook, I learned a lot about myself and my family. I have long wondered if my sister and I have avoidance issues and I know for a fact that I have anxiety issues. Now, listening to this audiobook explain attachment styles, I can see exactly what is going on and why we do many of the things that we do. It's so interesting to listen and hear the dynamic of attachment styles in relationships explained and then be able to directly apply them to your own life. I highly recommend it.
