About this listen
Breaking out of recurring patterns.
We have been trained to listen to the constraints of the outside world, the social standards of the society, and we fail to use all of our resources to change even the smallest of circumstances in our lives.
Our recurring patterns occur as a result of the internal, fundamental frameworks we live by. These frameworks refer to the inner beliefs and values you hold. To completely get rid of these repetitive behaviors, you will need to look inward, examine what triggers them, uncover the underlying causes, and resolve them at the deepest root level.
In this audiobook, we will be discussing the importance of following your own path and not others. When we were young, we had limited options but to be in a routine environment. If we were in an environment that was mostly filled with negative thoughts, emotions, habits, and relationships, then chances are we’ll continue to naturally experience depression and failure in life if we don’t break that pattern.
Here is a preview of what you'll discover:
- The power of social standards
- The lies of advertisement
- The dangers of social media
- How to change without fear
- Minimizing risk in life
- Methods to help you think differently
- Using critical thinking
It is time to rethink for ourselves, from lack of motivation to starting a new career, changing to a new environment, exploring the unknown, or even dealing with relationship problems.

There's much more to this guide.
I got this guide in the hopes that I can assist my children while in their teenage years. At first, I wasn’t even sure how and where to start. I fear that I will guide them wrongly, so I took the time to meditate on this. It has given me confidence. The guide questions are really helping.

One reader-friendly audio piece.
I like this. It’s a friendly guide. I didn’t even feel any pressure while listening to this. It’s like the author is in front of me lecturing me. I so love this!

Happy with my progress.
My fear that stems from trying to be different is holding me back from doing what I love. Then came this audio guide that is no other! Made me realized a lot of things and that I shouldn’t waste time thinking of other people’s negative judgment. I’m now marking my growth worth the help of this book.
