Great audio book!
This audio book is structured in such a great way and is an easy listen.
I feel like you can take notes throughout it and it’s a book that you can always refer back to.
It’s not patronising or preachy. It’s full of tried and tested methods and information from someone who actually has ADHD not just someone that has studied.
I have been recently diagnosed at the age of 29 and did not realise how much food can have an impact on my ADHD, I feel like this has given me lots to learn!

Insightful!
I never really made the connection between nutrition and my ADHD. Now, after listening to this audiobook, it seems incredibly obvious to me. Just this week I started to pay attention to what I am eating and how my focus is after eating and WOW, I definitely notice that the food I am eating has an effect on my brain. Nothing new, really don’t bother
Really disappointed, if someone asked you what a healthy diet looked like, you could probably tell them. We know what we should be eating, it’s doing it. I was hoping this would have some strategies that’d specifically help someone with ADHD to get their eating in order. Yes we know we could meal plan but we don’t and it all gets too chaotic. All that’s in here is lists and lists of which foods are in which food group I.e. proteins and that we should eat mindfully, take your time and use your senses and plan your meals for the week. That is literally it. Absolutely zero new or useful information here. Very disappointed I used a credit on this book.
