Truly life changing!
My symptoms started dropping away within days of the liver detox part of the program already. Still have 2 weeks and 2 days to go and cannot wait to see how I feel there. It was quite hard for me at the beginning as I am recently vegan, after years of being vegetarian, but there are loads of vegan protein sources both in the natural form and in powder. Thank you dr Brighten!

This book is full of information that will help every woman make an informed decision about their body. I have learnt so much and have recommended it to all of my friends. there is so much that we are not told and it all makes so much sense. So many light bulb moments whilst reading it.
