Completely transformed by outlook on giving birth!

This hypnobirthing course is truly amazing! I felt really fearful of childbirth and now feel so confident and calm. There are 8 really relaxing tracks and I especially love the Positive Pregnancy Bedtime meditation, which I listen to every night to help me get off to sleep. The Daily Affirmations really give me a great start to my day and I love the Birth Breathing, which I plan to listen to during my surges. Sam and Nic are so warm and I love the fact they are mothers who have gone through childbirth themselves. Thank you Aluna Moon!

Voices are annoying

I really tried to like this, but I couldn't relax because their voices are so high pitched and jarring. I know you can't help what your voice sounds like, but I couldn't focus on the meditation because I didn't like the sound of their voices - very high, very hard on the hard consonants. I can't comment on the content, it might be great.
