Could not turn this off ... amazing

This has to be one of my favourites from Casey each character had a fabulous storyline with overpowering another ... an amazing read and can't wait for the next book ... amazing work Casey xxx

EXCELLENT

I like to keep my reviews short and sweet with o spoilers.

Gripping writer who isn't afraid to get down and dirty. This is my first audible book by her, all others I've read by Casey have been in traditional style if a real book. Listening to her books brings them alive....probably due to the narrator being fabulous too.

I really didn't want this book to end . This book had me grimacing, crying, giggling & slack jawed ....embarrassing when you're out walking with your dog and listening to and audible book.

If you disapprove of swearing this book may offend but the swearing is justified because of the characters.

Narrator isn't afraid to let herself go either and does justice to an excellent book.

Top marks to both.

Great, love love loved it !!

Not my usual genre and thought it was going to be all gangsters and shoot ups. But I took a dip into it and boy was I surprised I love love loved this book. Just a warning if you are easily offended by had language do not even open the cover as there is a lot however it is not gratuitous. just the characters would speak like this so it was needed. Again love love loved this tale.

Gripping

This is the first book I have read/listened to by this author, and am so glad I did.

The characters are well written and there are many you love to hate.

The plot had me hooked from the very beginning and I just couldn't stop listening.

Please I want a refunf

Voice, horrible and scary, can I exchange, prefer to read. Martina Cole yes, so good read but voice, she haunted e. Any sympathy for the character, gone. Please swap.

Awful

This book is usually my sort of thing, like Martina Cole, etc. But it's nothing like Martina Cole, absolutely nothing at all. Obviously the author wants to do her own thing, and not want to be compared to anyone else, so I get that.
It starts off not too bad, the characters are gritty and dramatic.
But it really just got so boring I kept falling asleep.
What finally made me decide I couldn't take any more after chapter 33 was the narrator. Her male character voices were so so bad . She reminded me of someone reading a story to their child at bedtime. Putting on gruff voices for the male characters, which were so unconvincing. She really did my head in to be honest.
I really tried to persevere, but for my sanity I had to stop.
Don't bother, save your money.
