Certainly Awakening

Great little book and very nicely presented with a good blend of stories, insights into the mind and personal development giving due respect to the forefathers of modern thinking on the subject and bringing us up to date with twenty-first century thinking on the mind.
Well worth paying attention for a few hours, days or indeed weeks, as the author suggests.
