Nice and easy to listen this audible

Such an amazing book with tools to discover and work with your attachment style as well as those of others. Everything is explained clearly with so much compassion. There are exercises to do as well. One has really stood out for me that I found helpful straight away (I know I'll do it again) I would highly recommend this book.

This is very effective audio book.

This intelligent overview of attachment theory succeeds most when it integrates attachment theory with broader psychoanalytic understanding. Particularly helpful is its discussion of borderline personality disordered patients' ways of communicating.

This audio book would most likely help anyone.

Author does a great job of gathering the data, packaging it in a useful way, and then gives the listener (therapist) methods of implementation that are spot on. Highly recommend this book for those that find attachment theory comfortable and for those that want to know more without all the psychobabble.

Excessive valuable data involved in this audible

I’ve listen other book on attachment theory that explain the attachment styles and provide relationship advice, but this is the first book that really made me feel like there is nothing wrong with those of us who have an insecure attachment style.
