Summary
Katriana Cardona
My life ended the moment the X-Clan found me.
Bitten. Turned. And claimed by him.
My genetic markers label me as a rare Omega. But inside, I'm all female alpha. And I will not heel. Not even to the Alpha of Andorra Sector.
Ander Cain promises me protection. A new world of pleasure and pain. But he wants all of me in return. Even if it means taking me by force.
I'll be damned if I give up my inner fight. I spent the last 21 years battling the walking dead. These wolves won't know what hit them when I'm through.
Ander Cain
My life began the moment I found her, my darling little mate. She's the force of nature Andorra Sector needs to give us hope for a future. A reason to keep going and to protect our lands from the zombie infestation beyond.
Yet she refuses to play by our rules.
Born in a time where humans will do anything to survive, she's not used to the pack hierarchy or the laws our kind abides by. Oh, but she'll learn. And I'll thoroughly enjoy being the one to train her.
Katriana Cardona can fight me all she wants, but in the end, she will be mine. Whether she submits or not.
Note: This is a standalone shifter romance with omegaverse and dystopian elements.

Awesome dystopian romance!
Katriana was caught by the shifters from Andorra Sector. She was the only survivor and was used in their labs. I loved she was so strong and not a meek one, she fought for her life and to run away but the Alpha of the Sector, Ander Cain, decided he was his. He was a jerk for a while but later changed his tune. The world-building was interesting and with cool characters. I specially enjoyed the end, so proud of Katriana. The narrators brought the story to life and my imagination. Awesome!

Andorra Sector
Life is hard if you are a human, but when you are thrown into the world of shifters and made one yourself it gets even harder. Watching these two pulled out so many emotions that I couldn’t help but feel everything they did. Such a great story and hopefully the perfect beginning to a series since I would love to hear more.

Great book and Narration
So, by this point I am truly obsessed with Lexi C Foss books, I love the way she writes and this book wasn't the exception.
Katriana and Ander got me hooked from the beginning and didn't wanted to stop listening. Even though sometimes I had to pause the book and yell at Ander to stop being an ass and many other things, until finally Riley helped me and did it for me ... Seriously that guy can be so infuriating.
The narration by Sarah Puckett and Kale Williams is so perfect, I love that Lexi has chosen them both to perform her books because they really bring the characters to live with their performances.

Sexy Omegaverse Goodness
Ander Caine is a freaking Hot Possessive Alpha!! He's cunning and lethal! Loyal to his pack and yet doesn't understand women...more specifically his mate, Kat a human turned shifter!
This is a great enemies to lovers, with lots of emotions!! I was shocked by how deep the writing went! I loved it!
The narration was amazing! I look forward to more of this series along with more by these narrators!

What a Story!
I don't usually read books with zombies, but my word! "Andorra Sector" was so good! By the end of the first chapter, I needed to know what happens next. I've read plenty of books with male alphas, but omegas are new for me. The chemistry between Katriana and Anders were off the charts! Sarah and Kale were fantastic in their narration. I know you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but I love this cover! I know this is a standalone but I want more!

Amazing
Oh how I love the Omega/Alpha genre. It’s a brutal way of life for these females. Great storyline with feisty characters. Excellent narration from both Sarah and Kale.

Amazing
Kat is caught by wolves when her a group of humans try to steal from their food shipment. She’s the only one to survive and is taken back to the Andorra Sector pack where she’s given the serum to turn her into a wolf. Kat doesn’t take to being told what to do so she tries to escape and because the wolves take that she’s only human for granted she gets the betters of them until Ander Cain arrives and whisks her off to his den. I love everything Lexi does she so good at world building and giving us fantastic characters.

Loved!
I’m a big fan of omegaverse stories and this one didn’t disappoint! I loved and hated ander and how he was with cat and all that their relationship dealt with. The twists were great and while I was definitely screaming at the book at points that’s always a good sign that I’m really into it. Can’t wait for more!!

I love this series- More Please
Love this series, enemies to lovers with some nice added steam. Good plot, found it easy to read and enjoyed the genre. The heroine is likeable and although she is in a bad situation, she comes out on top in the end. The anti hero, has a very sexy voice, and goes from meanish, dominant alpha to dominant, lover so just want I want for a holiday read. Worth the credit, as is the rest of the series.

Zombies, Shifters, & BDSM
This book was written for people with a *very* specific type of sexual fantasy. If you often fantasize about being a sex slave to a werewolf, you’re going to love this book.

Sooo good!!
It’s important to remember that this takes place in the future and a species other than humans currently run things. There are likely haters leaving scathing reviews because they forget this detail or cannot wrap their heads around any lifestyle other than their own. However, if you can do that, this is a really fun read.
Things to love … (or be warned of if you’re not thick skinned):
🖤 Knotting.
🖤 Dubcon.
🖤 Slick.
🖤 Non-human culture you may not be able to handle.
🖤 Alpha/ omega / beta hierarchy.
🖤 Violence.
In typical Foss fashion, it does have some darkness and an a-hole alpha but, give him a chance and you may discover there are reasons which justify some of his unseemly behavior. (Sorry to be cryptic, don’t want to share spoilers.)
This world has an interesting feel and it reminds me a bit of Foss’s “Blood Alliance Series.” If you liked this one, go read that one. If you didn’t, you may still enjoy it because it’s not omegaverse.
I’d like to point out that MANY authors attempt to write darkish, broody, hot alphas, but this right here is how it’s done, Foss nailed it. Even if it takes you out of your comfort level, I strongly recommend seeing it through … things turn out [well I won’t say here!] and I’m left wanting so much more of this world.
4.5 stars.

Note:
Excellent performance, especially the male. The female, Sarah Puckett is one of my favorite narrators as well, but her accent does trip me up at times, (examples, read by her )
Great voices though and they stand up to my speeding up the narration. 4-star performance.

This was a captivating and intense story!
What do you get when a feisty human female Kat, is captured by the Andorra X-Clan wolf pack? You get a pack of male shifter waiting to pounce on her to claim her as their own. When the headstrong Alpha shifter gets sight of her trying to escape, he is intrigued and wants to make her his. There is a tremendous amount of push and pull from both main characters. One is determined to control and claim this female while the other fights for a choice and freedom.
Will she submit? Will he release control? And will the others within the clan accept her as his mate? It’s not going to be an easy road ahead, take this journey and see where this road leads. The narrators did a fantastic job on this audio! You won’t be disappointed.

Warning, humans! This book is hot!
I love Lexi’s creativity and how she engages us humans (the reader) into the storyline. It made it so easy to relate to Cat as she was an outsider also introduced to the X-Clan world. We got to see it from the character’s perspective. I love how she also showed Ander’s flaws and how he realized the error of his ways. There was a vulnerability there as this big, strong, alpha admitted his wrongdoings and worked hard to correct them and make his Omega feel important. I completely lost sleep on this audible as I had to stay up just a little bit longer to have more....More! Out of all of Lexi’s heroines, I feel the most connected to Cat! She is a badass! You will completely fall in love with this shifter world!

Omegaverse story, lots of passion and darkness
Both narrators did a great job. They both gave quality performances, and fit the characters well.
The whole Omega type scenario doesn't really appeal to me, but I love many of this author's other books, so I wanted to give this one a chance. The story is entertaining and very steamy! Ander and Kat have some major issues in the beginning; Ander is very forceful and Kat is not willing to just bow down. Ander treats Kat very badly at times; not enough consent for anything and he degrades her. Ander is an Alpha wolf shifter; the males in this story all pretty much have caveman mentality, they just expect the women to do as they direct. The men all need to learn that women aren't just for breeding; I was not a fan in the beginning, but there is improvement as the story progresses. Kat is changed against her will into a shifter and forced into heat; that's not great, she's essentially forced to mate with Ander. I wasn't a fan that the animal nature seemed to rule; Kat can't control her lustful needs. This is all a rather dark and violent story, but there are pinches of sweet. Kat is put through the ringer; I liked her strength in the beginning, but due to her being turned, her wolf instincts rule, so the original Kat isn't really there anymore. It's sad, but in the world presented in this book; sort of post-apocalyptic, it's pretty much making what good you can out of all the bad. I still don't really think omega stories are for me; too much forced mating and begging females, I like strong females that kick butt, but the story is interesting.

Not what I was expecting
The synopsis for this story led me to think this would be a different story. I thought there’d at least be some zombie killing and a bit more alphahole happening. There is plenty of alphahole but it’s an alpha that can admit where he screwed up. Narration was great and easy to follow.

TW beware!
Not like Carnage shifters in the least. Ander was not a nice, caring or loving shifter. In fact he was despicable! I wish Kat had made him grovel more, but that’s the way the wolf howls. Some bloodshed and non-con/dubcon aspects relating to the MC’s. I love Sara Puckett, her male voice is decent. Kale Williams is a new to me narrator. I enjoyed his narration, his inflections vary somewhat for characters that speak without accents, and I really liked his accented characters. His female voice isn’t the best but it doesn’t detract from the story and I was able to stay immersed easily. I wish they was a duet narration like Carnage Island, but I will buy the other Audio Books in this series.
