Summary
Wrong. Sinful. Taboo. I know I shouldn’t want him.
I know I shouldn’t touch myself in the middle of the night as thoughts of him run through my mind.
Thoughts of his kiss, his touch, his love.
I’d spent years obsessing over the man I thought I couldn’t have.
But as it turns out, he wants me too.
And he wants me now.

I do love a good stepbrother book and this was perfect . It’s the second book I’ve listened to this week from QB Tyler and she’s fast becoming a favourite author .

As always QB knows how to write taboo
This story was so precious, extremely hot and very taboo but I’m a sucker for a good taboo story and QB delivers! Going in with an open mind will have you falling in love with this story and so in love with James and Gabrielle. If you read the novella in Twisted Christmas, this is the same with extra scenes, hotter spice, and an amazing ending we were waiting for 😍

WOW!
For my first Q.B book this was FIRE! I mean wow I was sweating. This audio is the perfect short & spicy time, it was so fun. I thought this novella also really developed the characters and their relationship well and was a well rounded story. I was really impressed and can't wait to read more from Q.B.

Taboo? Yes. Beautiful? Even more.
Of course it’s taboo…but oh such a beautiful story—such a beautiful love.
James has loved her from the moment he laid eyes on her. Gabby did too! She was adopted into his family when she was 2 and he was 13. He was always her protector—always the one to be there for her through it all. Their love for each other was different from siblings but it wasn’t sexual. It was just an intense love for a person that grew as they did. By the time Gabby was in college, it had morphed into romantic love—a love so strong nothing could separate them. True soulmates!
And once the tides turned, it got HOT. Scorching hot! So passionate and real!
It’s pretty rocky with everyone that’s affected by this relationship and their discoveries, but a great epilogue ties it up with a bow. It’s an HEA like no other.
You may think you’ll be put off by the age difference and, especially, the adopted sibling relationship, but Q.B. Tyler wrote this beautifully. You’ll be rooting for these two in the end. No doubt!
Worth a credit? Absolutely!
The narration was top notch! It’s a duet narration so each narrator does his or her own parts…and they are perfect!
Enjoy this one. I know you will.

beautiful story.
I loved this story! the ending was really rushed after they told their mom. it would have been nice to know how their life adjusted and how they dealt with everyone's reactions.

Loved It!!
QB Tyler has my heart every store she writes. This was one of my favorites and was just good in audio as it was in paperback. This is a story that was very taboo, and to hear it narrated intensified the emotional factor. The male narrator was one. I am not very familiar with, but he did a great job. His voice clearly had my imagination and overdrive, because I could truly see what I believe he would look like, and his tone was smooth and sexy. The female narrator had a voice that was meant to speak because she was very precise and flow and pitch were consistent. Together, both narrators me the story of everything and more. The store is south was spicy, dramatic, emotional, and checked all the taboo tabs a girl could hope for.
James and Gabrielle were raised his brother and sister, although she was adopted. They always had a special connection. Although they were very close, they never crossed that imaginary line not knowing what the other what’s the other may feel. One night Gabrielle feels brave enough to explore the forbidden after a loose tongue from one drink too many. Things are said, lines could possibly be crossed, and fantasy becomes reality.
Get your favorite drink, your comfy pjs and hit play because this one is a must

Pretty good
I read the reviews and I would say most of them have a pretty good opinion on this book. I thought the character voices as themselves worked well. I did not like the women’s voice as a man but otherwise she was fine. I thought some parts were kind of cringy because they’re siblings albeit not blood related. In general taking that out this books was awesome it’s what I’d love to hear more often with conflicts coming up but no one acting too young and dumb running off and being crazy it was more like hey stop and listen and let’s talk about this. While their love was taboo it was kind of sweet as I write that I feel rather odd to be honest but James seeing her through different parts in her life is really no too much different then childhood friends that fall in love.

Oh Yeah!
So sexy, so taboo! This book didn't disappoint 👏. The narrators were a little off in some areas but I'm still adding this to my listen over and over list.

Good story, bad narration
I very much enjoyed the story, but the audio made it almost unbearable to listen to. It sounded so choppy with odd breaks in the speech.

The narrations are awful. I should have read instead of listened
I really like taboo books, and I have liked all the other ones so far, but it literally felt like they were reading from the pages and would stop in the middle of the sentence to turn the e page and continue it. Just so weird. It really took away from the story.

Story great. Narrators were ok.
The story was fantastic but the female narrator seemed like she was reading straight from the book and it was very Start and stop. Did not enjoy that.
