Helpful workouts
I enjoyed this audiobook and the fact that the pdf version was available with the audiobook download. It's a well-laid-out book with great exercise plans, and I particularly liked that some background was given in terms of the benefits of strength training and flexibility. Another plus is that the exercise plans have various lengths to tailor to your level. Also includes focus on meditating and breathing exercises.

Excellent resource for seniors to stay active!
This book is a great resource for seniors to be able to stay active and mobile in their later years but can really apply to anyone looking to learn more about the benefits of wall pilates and to learn how to get back in shape with some easy movement. Had never thought about wall pilates before but now I will definitely be recommending this book to all seniors I know who could benefit!

Great Recovery and Wellness Routine
Even though I’m not a senior, I’ve had my share of injuries, and finding a low-impact yet effective workout has been a challenge. This Pilates method works great for me. It’s gentle enough to avoid aggravating my injuries, but it still strengthens my core and improves my balance. If you’re looking for something easy on the joints but still get results, this is it!
