Before immersing herself in the world of primary education, she enjoyed years of worldly adventures, studying, and practising health and fitness coaching. As an avid reader with an eclectic mix of interests, Y.D. is passionate about holistic wellness, animal rights, nature, ice hockey, as well as a particular fondness for cheesecake. In founding The Emerald Society, she has combined her passion for creation, education, soul-alignment, and physical, emotional & mental well-being.
