Susan Grace Wisniewski entered pre-med in college then earned a Masters in Science studying tree diseases, but her true healing journey began when she turned her focus to herself. The determination to overcome recurring episodes of depression, anger and grief from the childhood loss of several siblings led her to seek, study and experience as many alternative healing methods as she could find. Her initial exploration was in Homeopathic medicine. She studied with naturopathic and homeopathic physician, teacher, author and researcher Dr. Robin Murphy and she has used homeopathy throughout the past 35 years. In the 1990’s she studied with internationally acclaimed healer, clairvoyant and medicine woman, Rosalyn Bruyere. In 1995 she trained to become a Holographic (Resonance) Repatterning practitioner, a system she used with clients for 10 years. She has practiced Tai Chi 15 years. In 1999, she discovered Reiki, the Japanese technique which promotes healing through stress reduction and relaxation. As a trained Reiki Master, over the past 20 years she has continuously drawn clients to her practice seeking healing Reiki sessions and has taught Reiki to more than 200 students. For over 30 years, amid her probing self-exploration and work with clients, she has developed this ground-breaking technique introduced here for the first time outside her practice. The Breathe in Light Technique, ‘Bright,’ is designed to be used anywhere, anytime, offered to help anyone develop their self-healing abilities. The 'Bright' technique is the answer to her prayer to become free of debilitating depression, anger and other health issues. Her desire is to share this amazing technique with anyone who is ready to live a joy-filled, compassionate and energized life.
