S. Forrest Nomakeo received a B.S. Degree in Graphic Design from Rivier College in Nashua, NH. She is the owner of a Golf Marketing Business, Western Mass Golf, promoting golf at Golf Expos, radio, podcasts,web sites, and print production. She started this business in 2000 after working for sixteen years at a printing company. Her experience ranges from film assembly to Art Director. After publishing her first book 'The Summer Palace' in 2017, she has self-published 'The Summer Palace Series' and 'The Tea Room' and a Science Fiction 'Places you Will Be From' She has also produced an audiobook in February 2020 and has two other audiobooks in production. She writes full time and is an APA member. Shirley is an avid reader of Historical Fiction. If she was to pick one word to describe her book or her writing it would be Escape. She hopes her readers will escape, explore, and enjoy her novel.
