Driven by a passion for helping people to heal and reach their personal goals, Rachel Marie Rabatin is the inspirational author of An Original Grief Guide and Legit Side Hustle. Her next book is planned for launch in Feb 2024! Rachel’s life was touched by grief early on, and she has lived through several distinct and devastating losses. As she began to gain perspective on her healing journey and the full impact of her grief, she realized that she had an important role to play in helping others. She channels everything she has learned into her writing, producing emotionally vulnerable and honest work, and sharing the healing and growth techniques that have helped her to not only survive but thrive. Rachel lost her mother to cancer at the age of 22, and it was this loss that set the scene for a long and difficult healing journey. She has lost many other beloved family members and friends since that initial loss, and each one has taught her a little more about her own reactions to grief and how she can navigate them. Her own road to healing has been long and painful, but she taught herself how to get back to basics and find joy in life again. Rachel works from a place of love, compassion, and gratitude to help others find peace, no matter how dark their healing process has become. She is filled with a fierce determination to build a life her parents would have been proud of. She is constantly seeking opportunities for personal growth and takes a new step towards the life she dreams of every day.
