My purpose calling is to help Christian leaders rediscover the genius of Jesus’ unhurried way of life and leadership. I believe this happens as leaders learn to rest deeper so they can live fuller and lead better. Many leaders are hurried, and hurry is costing them more than they realize. I write books, develop resources and provide training to help leaders live in the power of God’s grace in the present moment. In this way, leaders serve from fullness rather than on empty. I have been following the unhurried way of Jesus for over 30 years, and share from the wisdom of what I’ve learned. I love helping Christian leaders around the world (10 nations so far) thrive and be productive in ways that matter—that last.
