About this listen
I came back to Forsyth and agreed to be their Lady for two reasons: protection and revenge.
I put up with the abuse, the degradation, the humiliation, and bided my time. I wanted vengeance and I took it. The Lords give as good as they get and the consequences were fierce, but there’s one truth when it comes to Killian, Dimitri, and Tristian.
They keep what’s theirs.
They wanted to break me, but instead, they molded me into their perfect weakness. They fought for me. Bled for me. Championed for me. I was put through the gauntlet and came out stronger. I earned the title of Lady.
Then they became my weakness.
I agreed to sleep under their roof, but on my terms. No more rules, no more punishments, no cameras or dress codes or sneaking into my bedroom. In return, I'll give them a chance to earn the title of Lord.
Building trust takes time, but with all the threats nipping at our heels, that’s a luxury we don't have. We have to rely on one another despite our complicated pasts - to find a murderer, a stalker, and a traitor.
This new life of pain, wrath, and mercy is a confusing maze of twists and turns. Fortunately for us, there will always be one fixed constant, guiding us home: the Royal we.
WARNING: This book is a dark/bully romance. It contains graphic content that some listeners may be particularly sensitive to. If you have triggers or are even remotely unsure, please heed the note at the beginning of this book.
The Royals of Forsyth University is a reverse harem series by best-selling authors Angel Lawson and Samantha Rue.

Good but could be improved
The story was good, a bit long winded at times though.
I like the narrators but I just cant get behind the guy doing women's voices lol not sure why they dont do dual narration as that would've made it much better.

Wicked twist
So here we are at the end of the Lords trilogy and what a brilliant ending.
I don't really want to say too much as I seriously don't wish to ruin any of this book!! Let's face it, there's nothing worse than someone spoiling anything....spoilers are really the nastiest way to destroy the enjoyment of the books you've so diligently followed.
However, I can tell you that the intrigue and danger keeps on building up to the point of screaming to find out the truth of everything. Like who is Ted and just why he's put her through the hell he has.
Trust me when I say that you're going to be shocked.
What I will tell you is that Ted had more than Ugly Nick helping out. I actually figured out one person, as it was sort of obvious and when you find out....if you've not figured it out for yourself that is.....then you'll agree that it was very obvious.
But the truth is, I did not see or work out, who the hell Ted actually is!! You could have knocked me over with feather and tied me up with daisies when Ted is revealed.
There is a lot going on from the first page, but let's be honest here, from the very first page in Lords Of Pain and throughout has been a constant page turner.
I'd never heard of Angel or Sam prior to these books, but I chose the best books to start with, and what a seriously talented pair. I just wish I'd come across them a long time ago as I can't wait to devour all of their other books, especially if they're all like these books, there'll be no stopping me now.....unless I run out of cash 😱😱😂😂
Now about the audio, we again have the husband and wife team of Bridget and Jake Bordeaux. There isn't much else I can say about them, that I've not already said.
Obviously they work well together, but they are good to listen to and injecting personalities into the characters, bringing them off the page and into our imagination.
So I'm all for recommending both the book and audio and hope that you enjoy them as much as I did 😏😉

Book 3.... Finally get some answers
This book answers all the questions you have. There are some twists and turns you don't see coming. The book has a happy ending. Storey deserves some happiness, she's had a tough life living with the Lords. I personally find the story to be too long. I love reverse harems and this series isn’t the best I’ve listened to. I couldn’t get behind any of the characters, there was just too much damage done by the guys to find them likeable in my opinion. I like a dark and dirty romance but this series wasn’t dark it was more sickening with the treatment of Storey.
The narrators did a good job.
