Loved this fast action thriller
Kings of Corruption Series book 6 by Piper Stone
Narrated by Ri Paige and Thomas Locklear
First off, at times life holds us back. Mine has held me up in doing reviews. I have listened to this audiobook many times and it’s still fresh, exciting and hold my interest.
Piper has written another thrilling story of another man who is part of Kings of Corruption. I must admit that this book was the best of the series. It flows so realistically and is full of suspense situations that pull the heroine and hero closer together as they defend themselves against as unknown and dangerous enemy.
It has tons of distrusting characters and is brutal as every crime syndicate is. Yet this story also shows love both familia and sensual that keeps it flowing so much that one really wants to pay attention to what is going on!
Fantastic choice having the team of Ri Paige and Thomas Locklear in bringing this story to life.
Well worth the wait for the finale of the series where you get to see each crime syndicate find their own true love amongst a life where death is a very real part of the life.

Riveting
Another great audiobook from Piper Stone and a fantastic end to an enthralling series and the almost last member of the brotherhood to find his true love.
Phoenix is the head of his family now that his father has retired his position,and he is dealing with a betrayal already.
His sister has been framed and arrested and he intends to find the person who set her up and betrayed the family.
That man is Theodore Canfield,but he is dead...murdered and now he will get no answers...but they discover Theodore has an estranged daughter Whitney and Phoenix can now set his sights on her in order to execute his revenge..
What he doesn't expect for her is to be Beautiful,sassy,sexy,independent and a woman who will push his buttons.
Whitney hated her father,he had reached out to her numerous times but she refused to speak with him.After he abandoned her and her mother she couldn't forgive him,but now he was dead...After the funeral she chose to get a train back home and spend the time decompressing and pondering her Fathers life.
Theodore was not the person she thought he was,he worked for criminals and had found things that could ruin many crime families including Phoenix's Greek family.He had copied the evidence and sent them to Whitney but she had no clue about any of this until she meets Phoenix on the train.
Every criminal wants those documents and Phoenix needs to find them..
When Whitney and Phoenix meet it is evident she doesn't know who he is and he will take the time to find out if Whitney knows about her fathers betrayal and the documents or if she is just an innocent being dragged into a war she knows nothing about.
Of course sparks fly and Phoenix wants nothing more than to possess her ,Own her and take her as his captive and finally break her.
But nothing in this story is what it seems,believe me Piper Stone takes us on a sexy,steamy adventure a rollercoaster ride..I was addictded especially when the story unfolded revealing someone close was betraying Phoenix and his family.
I always say it but I don't know how Piper Stone does it,she continues to surprise me by writing riveting stories that have me captivated from begining to end.
Phoenix is 6ft 5 inches of dark and delicious Greek god he is fearless cold and menacing yet in Whitney's presence he softens and becomes protective and relaxed...she calms him and turns him on like no other woman ever has.
Whitney is just as smitten with Phoenix ,having a quick fling with him on the train couldn't hurt right?..But she becomes suspicious of Phoenix's intentions as they spend more time together...she is so in control of her life at all times but when she spends time with this mysterious man she allows him to control her body in the most delicious way.
But what is surprising to them both is that they work well together outside of the bedroom too,trying to find out what her fathers intentions were by sending her these documents...and finally clearing Phoenix's sisters name.
This story was perfectly narrated and brought to life by Thomas Lockclear and Ri Paige they are the perfect storytellers for this action packed steamy book.
They are both superb with their accents,and emotions and I also love the sound effects in this Audiobook it makes the book seem so real and animated.
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book and its sad that it was the final book...Although there is still one more member of the Brotherhood who is still very much single !!

Exciting storyline
This book has so much action in it I’m surprised the characters made it! It’s a non stop rollercoaster of emotions. With a brilliant performance from both Ri and Thomas they bring these characters alive.

absolutely fantastic job done very well.
at bringing these books together.
phoenix and whitney are a great couple.
Good conclusion makes sense now
