• The Junto w/ Scott Rattigan - Trailer
    Feb 20 2024

I left my law firm in 2017. And as I said my goodbyes, some of the other attorneys looked at me like I was crazy. And maybe I was a little bit crazy, but it completely changed my life. Since then, I've launched Functional Lawyer, helped my wife, Linda, grow her practice to a waitlist and partnered with her to create a physician business, legal, and clinical mentorship program in Origins Incubator. I've authored the Amazon bestselling book, The Practice of Telemedicine, and I've grown personally and professionally more than I ever anticipated–by teaching others and serving first.

That growth is the inspiration for this podcast. This show’s for anyone who has ever felt even a little bit like I did back when I first got started. High on passion and motivation, low on how to go and execute, and super naive about the growth journey I was about to go on. I lay it all out for you and bring in guests so you can learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of others and learn from experts along the way. My goal is to help you get where you want to go without having to go through the school of hard knocks or feel like you're the only one going through it.

The Junto is for people who want to turn their passion for helping others into a thriving business so they can spend more time with the ones they love, achieve the lifestyle they desire, and change lives in their community. Whether you have a practice or a business already in the works, or you don't even know where to begin, or you just want to expand your impact with what you've got, this show has it all. From expert advice from some of the biggest names in functional medicine to deep dives on marketing, financial, legal, social media, successful mindset strategies, and living a balanced and rewarding life as a functional medicine entrepreneur. The guests here share all they can so you can flourish no matter what your personal goals are or where you're at right now.

And just remember, wherever you're at in your journey as a functional medicine entrepreneur, you're not alone in your quest. The Junto with Scott Rodigan will give you the inspiration, motivation, and tactical strategies you need to do your best and maximize your results.

Starting my own business absolutely changed my life. And I know this show can help you through some of the personal and business growth and transformation too.
