Lee Mae Spence is a Ininew, Metis and mixed European Iskwew. She is a member of York Factory First Nation and carries teachings from her kin, Storytellers, Knowledge Carriers, Knowledge Keepers and Elders with her to weave into her journey as a helper.

Lee is a consultant, wellness advocate and breathwork facilitator who focuses on strengthening capacities through knowledge sharing with folks, organizations, and communities with a trauma informed centering connection, love and courage. She holds a bachelor of recreation management and community development from the University of Manitoba.
