You honestly owe it to yourself to make sure that you are taking care of yourself. That means from the inside out - so healing all that has happened to you over the years is definitely going to help with that, so that you can breathe freely and live a more peaceful life.

You are helping yourself to regulate your nervous system, so that you're not in the "flight, fight, freeze or fawn" modes of things and so this is going to help you in work, in your relationships and with yourself entirely.

The way you react, respond and change things is going to be paramount for your life and it's a wonderful gift to give to yourself.

Say yes to you and choose you - it's important and so are you.
