  • After an eye opening and informative part 1, the team welcomes back our special guest, British Army LT Col (Ret.) Jimmy Carr. After an exceptional 22 year military career, as everything else, it was time to move on. Time to transition. Time to change. In this episode, Jimmy, Melon, and Mike discuss the challenges that all veterans will face as they transition back to the private civilian sector. From misperceptions and rumors while still on active duty, to the harsh realities of job hunting & the loss of community and purpose. Its not always what we plan on but it is what we receive. One thing that does separate us veterans from civilians is our community & the willingness to help each other in our times of need. This is one of those examples. We should always be able to lean on & rely on each other as we did in the field, in the fleet, or in the skies above to achieve our life objectives.
