If you want to buy a house and you are lost and confused on what to do first and where to start from, it will be a very useful audiobook for you.
It guided me on setting my budget and good locations for buying a house.

Easy to follow!
Extraordinary eight steps to buy a house, this book has made my life easier; I am about to buy a home, and I was overwhelmed with the paperwork and the procedure. My favorite chapter is "Inspection, appraisals, insure, oh my!; it helped me to clarify several questions, and now I am ready to buy!

Detailed Book
This audible " Zero to Home Owner in 8 Simple Steps" is very detailed. It walks you through all the processes from saving to buy your first home, incentives in the market, getting the best deal with the lenders, requirements to meet for a loan and finally securing a loan.
As a home owner myself, I understand how stressful the process can be and listening to this now i wish I heard this before I bought my home.
I recommend this audible for people intending to get on the property ladder.

Very informative and helpful.
This book is full of really useful information and is a step by step guide to buy your fist home.
From making sure you are financially secure, choosing the right lender, getting the mortgage to finding the right home for you and your family and much more.
This guide has helped me to ask the right questions when I was going through this process recently. I felt more confident as I knew what I could and should ask and should expect in return.

Very informative
The author did a great job in putting their knowledge and experience into this audiobook. We were looking to buy a new home and were looking for ways to save as much money as possible. I really liked the chapter on Shop Your Team and Get Pre-Approved. This audiobook is perfect for anyone who’s in a similar stage to me. It was a crucial step for me to take! Great narration by Catherine O’Connor too.

Takes the stress out of a daunting task
There is no question, buying your first property is a very daunting experience. It is always good to have someone trusted to hold your hand and guide you through the process, explain the options in detail, and show you what the next step is going to be. This book carries out that remit admirably and a whole lot more.
