Useful and informative
I had no clue about this field when my friend told me, so I found this book to learn. It's surprising that even at a low budget it may work if you do it wisely and at a great timing.

Well written by Lou and audibled by Chris, I liked the 5 strategies ,including other peoples money, the 70% rule and the "House Flipping loan" as opposed to the conventional loan. Also covered is renovations, Your team, and The Essential checklist for Flipping is nice.

Really comprehensive and a decision making tool
I did some property flipping when I was younger, and have been considering doing it again. I decided to listen to this book to refresh my memory and see how things have changed. This book really is comprehensive and covers every aspect you require. At the end of the day, I have decided not to go ahead after listening to this book as I figure I am now too old for it.
If you are in any way considering property investment, then you should listen to this book. It will either help you carry out your plan or, like me, you will decide not to proceed. Either way, this book will give you all the information you need to make that decision.
If the decision is to proceed, then this book will be worth its weight in gold to you.

Best book on this subject - covers everything!
I have lots of books on property and property investing so I was curious to listen to this book. It's something I keep thinking about doing and have done for years but, until now, it just felt too complicated and overwhelmed with information that is in all the different books I have. This book has managed to bring all the main strategies together in one place and I found it such a relief - at the end, I knew what to do and what steps to take next - a first! Thanks so much to the author for getting me - finally - started !

Always felt flipping houses might just be too tricky, but this book lays it out in a very clear and concise manner! I love the strategies the author touched on, as well as how to approach renovating and where to even find the houses that you want to flip. Great for anyone looking to start!

I can't believe how much information is in this book. I feel like an expert now! So thorough and straight to the point information.

Great book!
This book was exactly what I was looking for! I was interested in flipping houses for a while, but it was one of the projects I always put off for later. But I decided there is no better time than now which is why I bought this book and I must say this book covered everything I wanted to know on the topic and I’m glad I came across it!
It’s well written and easy to understand and it shows you the strategies/ options you have to start right now.
