relaxing and soothing book!

I have heard about Yoga so many times, didn’t realise it is important in my life. Thanks to this audiobook. It is a great to know and learn. It is a nice book for yoga lovers. The background sounds very soothing and relaxing. I really enjoy it, listen over and over. I highly recommend it to anyone.
