Les planteó la disyuntiva ante la que se encuentra el psicoanálisis: continuar trabajando con la antigua epistemología de la diferencia sexual y validar de este modo el régimen patriarco-colonial que la sustenta, haciéndose por tanto responsable de la violencia que este produce, o bien abrirse a un proceso de crítica política de sus lenguajes y de sus prácticas y confrontarse a la nueva alianza necropolítica del patriarcado-colonial y las nuevas tecnologías farmacopornográficas.
