Tyler
Well, I’m back in Port Dale for the summer, staying with Elliot and Clay. Not my original plan, but that got busted. I never expected to run into him. He looked good, even better than before. Nate had been more than just my best friend; he was my "almost" first boyfriend. Then he was suddenly removed from my life. I’d thought it was for good, but then, as I’ve recently found out, plans change!
Now we’re both back in Port Dale. Can we pick up where we left off? Should we? Well, the answer to that was out of our hands when the trouble started.

Nate and Tyler
I was pleased to see Nate and Tyler get a second chance after Nate's father properly interfered the first time. Tyler is a great character who grew up in poor circumstances but now has a family around him that loves him and stands by him. I immediately took Tyler to my heart.
Whereas I would have liked to give Nate's father a piece of my mind- phew, what an unsympathizer! And Nate, unfortunately, takes quite a long time to realize just that, even though his father always determined everything for him: college, his friends, . . .
Both Tyler and Nate unexpectedly spend their holidays in Port Dale and meet by chance – they used to be best friends. But as soon as they get together, they are threatened and hunted. Who’s behind this?
The book offers romance, but also excitement and action and I really liked the mix.
Keith Smith narrated the audiobook well and it was fun to listen to him. The five and a half hours of audio book went by very quickly and I’m looking forward to the next audiobook from Port Dale
