Summary

Become a super dad-to-be and enjoy every minute of it without getting overwhelmed.

There are more than 70 million dads in the United States, and soon you’ll be joining their ranks as a first-time father.

However, becoming a new dad can be a roller coaster ride of joyful anticipation and fearful moments for most men.

Do you worry about not knowing what to expect, let alone how to respond?

Do you feel uneasy about the changes your partner goes through, wondering if she’s safe, healthy, and comfortable?

Are you often scared that something could go wrong with the pregnancy?

And what about preparing for the baby’s arrival? What actual preparations should you be doing?

It doesn’t help that most resources you’ll find on the subject are geared toward mothers-to-be.

While that’s perfectly logical and understandable, it doesn’t help with the fact that a nervous dad-to-be also needs all the right advice he can get.

But that’s about to change for you right now, with the helpful guidance offered by this audiobook.

In this timely audiobook for first-time fathers, you’ll uncover a wealth of practical wisdom. Inside, you will discover:

  • How to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially ready for parenthood.
  • What to expect and do during each phase of pregnancy, because your role is pivotal.
  • Habits you need to stop promptly because they are harmful to your partner’s and unborn baby’s health.
  • How to understand and respond to the physical changes and emotional cycles your spouse goes through while she’s pregnant.
  • Top tips for helping her ease constant discomforts like bloating, nausea, and so on.
  • How her self-image might get affected negatively during this period, and five powerful ways of helping her cope.
  • Why it’s important to maintain closeness and intimacy in unique ways during pregnancy.

Brace yourself as kind but wise dad.

Experiencing being a first time parent is not just confined to a woman. This joy is not limited to mothers, although it's true that they carry the child, but fathers are also a crucial element to a child.

It's very compulsory for them to experience the lap time of their baby so that they can know how their child values them.

This book contains chapters that answer first time dads' hesitating questions as well as guide them beautifully about how to spend these beautiful months.

A LOT OF USEFUL INFORMATION FOR NEW DADS

I adored how this book included real, emotional feelings of being pregnant and being a father! Every expectant parent has questions and concerns, and there are solutions available. Because it covers all the stages of pregnancy—from learning you're pregnant to what to expect each week—fantastic it's for mothers as well. What to expect, like as sickness, and what foods to consume or avoid. How to act or not act! Additionally, it makes the pregnant father more equipped to support his wife! from constipation to food cravings is covered! When it comes to having the most profoundly life-altering event a couple can have, there is never too much "TMI"! Families should absolutely try this, in my opinion!

Use this book to countdown to your daddyhood!

This is a fun yet super educational book for first-time dads. It is understandably a very uncertain period and scary even for some. Especially for the perfectionists amongst us, who want everything to go A-ok 100% of the time. In this book, I think the author covers everything that could possibly go wrong and what you can do about it. I also like how the author tackles the spectrum of emotions one can face as in anticipation of being a father. This is also not the usual boring guide, in that it is enhanced with stories and personal anecdotes from the author's own experiences which make it engaging and relatable. Do not miss out on this audiobook, if you're a Virgin Dad!

A detailed and informative resource for new dads

This is a unique and supportive guide for all new dads. The author brings a new perspective to the arena of parenting and pregnancy guides. It is a wonderful tool for all new fathers and fathers-to-be. It's great to hear from a father who is sharing experiences and advice for other dads as he supports other fathers in this wonderful and overwhelming time in their lives. The author shares his experiences and advice with new dads for supporting their spouses emotionally and physically. He details and organizes the pregnancy experience from its very earliest days to 11 months after birth.

I think that men would appreciate hearing these details from another man, and I think wives will appreciate that their husbands have taken the time and effort to become knowledgeable on all that is about to happen to both mother and father. A great resource for new dads to buy for themselves or a great gift for any new dad you know.

Guide for Dad's

This audio book!!!! Wow! It's not easy to be a father for the first time as it is associated with so many responsibilities, some emotional stuff and confusing situations. This book is incredible and amazing for first time fathers as it consists of step by step guide and constant support for the partner. It emphasizes how important it is for the dad's to perform their duties. I love this book as their are a number of books on motherhood but their's a few about fatherhood. The author also sheds a light on how important it is for the dad's to take a leave and how they can assist the mother of their child. Great book!
