About this listen
Wealthy wool magnate Tremaine St. Michael is half French, half Scottish, and all business. He prowls the world in search of more profits, rarely settling in one place for long. When he meets practical, reserved Lady Nita Haddonfield, he sees an opportunity to mix business with pleasure by making the lady his own. Nita Haddonfield has a meaningful life tending to others, though nobody is dedicated to caring for Nita. She insists the limitations of marriage aren't for her, then Tremaine St. Michael arrives - protective, passionate, and very, very determined to win Nita's heart. Contains mature themes.

A romantic love story
This was a great audio book… loved the characters, the story and the narration. Now onto the next book in the series.

Truly enjoyable audible
pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed as different approach to 'traditional romantic genre' I have read.
The layers of the characters natures including main family members unfold as they do in real life as story progresses.
Therefore, I am hooked ...so onto the next book in the series.

Enjoyable
The Hero and Heroine suit and the secondary characters support, making the story flow.
Issues of the time are brought up and dealt with practically.
You do wonder why the doctor wasn't replaced earlier, but when someone is promoted sideways and the gap filled, life goes on.
Sex is part of selling books today, but at least it was appropriate and not in your face.

Feel good
A gentle story of mainly delightful people sorting out their priorities may sound bland but this audiobook is charming and heartwarming. Excellent narration.

Title misleading
Boring dont waste your money or time unless you want or like a lot of chat about sheep and confusing conversations . Narrator not bad will try something else by him.
