Beautiful story rooted in reality of our time
This story, or set of stories is masterfully told! That constant flutter of fear lurking in the back of many immigrants was so well depicted in this charming children’s tale. It really struck a chord with me and some of my own experiences! I wish I were a wordsmith to tell how wonderful I found this book. Listen and see how good it is! Looking forward to the next one!

The thing that stood out most for me would be when Lupe got separated from her family
I liked the drama in it there was nothing bad about this book :) but it made me cry 😂
