From the author of the instant New York Times best seller The Wives comes another twisted psychological thriller guaranteed to turn your world upside down.

Have you ever been wrong about someone?

Juno was wrong about Winnie Crouch.

Before moving in with the Crouch family, Juno thought Winnie and her husband, Nigel, had the perfect marriage, the perfect son — the perfect life. Only now that she’s living in their beautiful house, she sees the cracks in the crumbling facade are too deep to ignore.

Still, she isn’t one to judge. After her grim diagnosis, the retired therapist simply wants a place to live out the rest of her days in peace. But that peace is shattered the day Juno overhears a chilling conversation between Winnie and Nigel....

She shouldn’t get involved.

She really shouldn’t.

But this could be her chance to make a few things right.

Because if you thought Juno didn’t have a secret of her own, then you were wrong about her, too.

From the wickedly dark mind of best-selling author Tarryn Fisher, The Wrong Family is a taut new thriller that’s riddled with twists in all the right places.

The Wrong Family is your new obsession. It’s full of twists you’ll never see coming and you’ll be breathless until the end. Trust me: you’ve never read anything like this.” (Number one New York Times best-selling author, Colleen Hoover)

Don’t miss An Honest Lie, the next gripping, unputdownable, twist-filled thriller from Tarryn Fisher!

Keeps You Guessing

The suspense builds, well worth a listen, narrator paced this very well and there was a sense of building mystery throughout.

wow

wow what a story...gripped from start to finish, the characters coming to life throughout the book.
disturbingly detailed, but all added to the depth of the story.
definitely recommending this to anyone who likes Tarryn Fisher writing .

Overhyped

I’m glad this is over. This book is overhyped in my opinion. The style of how the story is told is annoying and jumps all over the place.

My second, and probably last, Tarryn Fisher book

This is my second Tarryn Fisher book, and I have to say I haven't been very impressed. She’s an excellent writer, but her stories kinda end up falling flat for me. The Wives was such a huge disappointment, but I liked the premise of this one so I decided to give her another chance. And I liked this one much better...right up until the major plot twist truth reveal. Just...why? I liked where it was already going. So, why do a 180 and go THAT way? Things just went downhill from there. Somehow we got from possible child abduction to drug addled hostage situation, and that's kinda where I lost all hope or interest. Narrator is good for the most part, but when anyone starts to get emotional, her voice gets really whiny and grating. I don't know. Two strikes makes me wonder if I should give Ms. Fisher anymore of my time.
